This letter is for anyone who is considering remodeling their kitchen. Call Skyline Design Center!!! Our experience with them was extremely pleasant from the first phone call to the last of the finishing touches.
There were no horror stories of getting the wrong cabinets, waiting weeks for a counter top, workers not showing up when scheduled, or being without a working kitchen for months, like some of our friends experienced. The entire project ran like clockwork, and our kitchen was completed in three weeks. We were able to meet the workers that would be in our home and felt very comfortable having the job done when we were not there. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed of how and when things would be done, and Tim was always available to take our calls and answers any questions we had.
One of the best things about Skyline Design Center is that you are not pressured into making decisions and rushing through the design process. On the contrary, we were encouraged to take our time and make sure that were happy with our cabinets choices as well as the final design. We had a general idea of how we wanted the final kitchen design to look, and Tim was able to provide us with a design that more than met our needs. By having a number of meetings with Tim, we were able to tweak the original design and get the right amount of drawer space that we needed as well as some extras such as a pull-out spice rack and “what-not” shelves for our kitchen décor.
Another plus was that no money exchanged hands until we actually ordered our cabinets. The amazing thing about that fact that Tim spend a good deal of time with us, both at home and in his design center. He made sure were 100% certain of our choices before we placed the order. This time was spent, because we did make some changes and when we finally were ready to order, we were certain that we chose the right cabinets and the perfect design.
We didn’t realize how much a new kitchen would change the way we look at our house. It’s like living in a brand new place, even though the rest of the 40-year-old house still surrounds us. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding and the Corian countertop and sink are beautiful.
Thank you Tim, for all of your hard work, your design ideas, and especially for making sure that were were happy with the final outcome. The service and attention to detail that you gave to our project was exceptional. We have already been recommending you to everyone we speak to and we will certainly call you again for our next remodeling project. It was a truly pleasure working with you, as well as a lot of fun.
